1. Download Flash
You can download Flash player from the Adobe website.

2. Enable Javascript
Make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser. Follow these steps:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 6 and 7

Step 1
- Select Tools > Internet Options from the browser menu. (In IE 7, access Tools using the icon at the top right of your screen.)
- Select the Security tab, then click the button marked Custom Level.

Step 2
- Scroll down about three quarters of the way until you find the Scripting heading.
- The first subheading is Active Scripting. Ensure that the checkbox marked Enable is checked.
- Click buttons to make and confirm the change.

Firefox 2 and 3

Step 1
- Select Tools > Options from the browser menu.
- Click on Content tab.

Step 2
- Locate and check the checkbox labeled Enable JavaScript.
- Click OK.
